Q.3What is the minimum transaction volume for general orders? How long can delivery be made?
The minimum transaction volume of our products is 2000 PCs. the delivery time is 30 days after receiving the order, but the delivery time still needs to be adjusted according to the current actual arrangement.
Q.4Do you have to pay for the samples? How long is the delivery time?
Our company conditionally provides samples to customers for testing. Please see the following instructions for details:
Motor: if the customer asks for our brushless motor, a fee will be charged for more than 1pcs.
Freight: the sample motors are custom-made, so the cost of sample express delivery needs to be borne by the customer. Generally, it is sent to SF express without special requirements.
Delivery date: in principle, it is about one week's working day, which shall be adjusted according to the actual sample order and the customer's special requirements.
