On April 19, 2017, bedimi officially released a new brushless motor blf64d24b15, which is widely used in air purifiers, circulation fans and exhaust fans.
At the beginning of the APQP phase of blf64d24b15 brushless motor, our company focused on two factors: motor use scenario and use time period. Great efforts have been made in terms of mute and energy efficiency. In terms of silence, we have specially built a silence room to test the silence of the motor, which can help our company and customers more accurately obtain real data support. In terms of energy efficiency, we have specially prepared a special aging test rack for testing the air purifier. At present, there are test data of aging for half a year. Through the data obtained in real time, we make data statistics to calculate the actual energy consumption of the motor.
